Cancellation Policy

Please cancel or reschedule your session if you no longer plan on using it. Assumption of Risk: All players understand that tennis involves physical activity that carries inherent risks, including injury. By using our courts, you assume all risks associated with playing tennis. Waiver of Liability: The facility is not liable for any personal injuries, property damage, or loss of personal items incurred during the rental period. Players must use the courts at their own risk. Dress Code: Appropriate sportswear, including tennis shoes and trainers, are always required. Equipment: Players are welcome to bring their own equipment as we don’t provide any. Conduct: All players must respect the facilities and other guests. Abusive language, disruptive behaviour, or unsportsmanlike conduct will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of the session. Please report any natural damages to the court and do not allow dogs access to the courts. Damages: Any damages to the court or its surroundings caused by negligence or misuse will be charged to the booker. Please do not leave any litter. Personal Information: By booking a court, you consent to Nevill Holt Estate collecting and storing your personal information for the purpose of managing bookings and related services. Data Protection: The facility will handle all personal data in accordance with relevant privacy laws and regulations. By booking and using the Court, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
